1. Vacant Staging for Investors
Statistics show that staging your properties can make a huge impact in the speed of the sale and the ultimate sale price. Did you know that staging a home costs less than the first price reduction? Staging your home can help you stand out from the competition and it could be the difference between your home sitting or selling. Buyers find that staged homes help them visualize their own furniture in the space.
At Interiors By Laura Staging and Design we have worked with many property investors to stage their properties for the highest return.
Pricing can vary for vacant staging, but generally, we select 3 or 4 key rooms to stage and either a 2 or 3-month lease is recommended. Contact me for a consultation and pricing.
*We charge a small measuring fee for new clients that is credited back upon hire or on the spot with signed proposal and deposit.
2. Vacant Staging for Sellers
Vacant houses have no life in them and prospective buyers feel no sense of urgency in making offers on them. Buyers make an emotional connection with a home within the first minute of walking in the front door. We have a few options to choose from. Pricing estimates are available by phone and we can schedule a Vacant Staging measure if the estimate is within your budget. There is a small fee for this service and will be credited toward the project and upon hire. Typically, staging key rooms will cost approximately ¾% of the listing price for a 2-3 month lease for mid-high end homes.
